The 30 Day Transformational System Explained:
I believe one of the greatest ways to meet your body’s needs is through whole foods and supplementing, although many times we are unaware of the bad habits we have made that can hinder weight loss and high quality of life. The American Standard Diet has an abundance of salt, refined sugar, white flour, and unhealthy fats/oils.
Within this 30 days, you should begin to see a transformation in your body, digestion, focus, and energy.
As you begin to eliminate unnecessary foods and allergens that can sneak into your foods, you will be surprised at the changes you will notice on and off the scale. Detox is a normal part of the process and can last from 7-10 days or longer. In addition, any time you begin the process of flushing harmful substances from your body and stop feeding the yeast in your body, you can feel worse before you feel better. If you are accustomed to giving in to the SATD, a change to a healthy lifestyle can seem daunting.
For this reason, I cannot recommend the Weight Loss Advanced Combo enough!

Sample Schedule for The 30 Day Transformational System (with Intermittent Fasting):
Wake up with a cup of Seattle’s Best Organic Coffee. (I use a plant-based half and half creamer with 2 tsp. of organic cane sugar with 2 scoops of Collagen.) Spend time reading God’s Word and prayer helps to manage stress and give you a purpose for your day.
MOVE YOUR BODY (Aim for 20-30 minutes 5 days a week). Do something you enjoy!
8:00 – Drink a stick of Active in a large glass of water.
9:00 – Mix Slim into a glass of water and take Metaburn.
10:00 – Have your first shake.
2:00 – Have your second shake or healthy meal.
4:00- Enjoy a protein ball
6:30 – Eat grilled chicken with veggies, brown rice, and sweet potato.
Before bed take Bio Cleanse and Probio5 with a glass of water.
Can also have another healthy snack in the evening after dinner or if not intermittent fasting have it as mid-morning snack.
A cleaner version of ranch dressing for salad here to be used in moderation (does have soy, so take note if you are bothered by this common allergen.)
Tips for Sanity-
Make up protein balls at the beginning of the week.
Make a meal plan and grocery list with simple healthy meals and snacks for the week ahead. Have a couple easy back ups in case you are derailed from your meal guide schedule.
For an easy dinner or lunch I keep a bag of Tyson breaded chicken and grilled chicken to throw on top of a large bed of organic mixed greens with loads of vegetables like cucumber, tomatoes, bell pepper, broccoli, and carrots.
We have an extremely busy schedule, so I’d rather have a plan B healthier meal than to resort to a non-planned meal or hunger binge.
Great to add to a smoothie or mix with Hydrate for a yummy flavor.
My favorite multivitamin giving energy and helps give healthy hair, skin, and nails.

What’s after the 30 days?
As you have eliminated many inflammation foods from your diet, it’s important to re-introduce those certain foods slowly. You should then be aware of what foods hinder your energy and weight, as well as cause inflammation. Continue your healthy smoothies or shakes with your healthy snacks and one healthy meal daily. After the first 30 days you may have a cheat meal.
