Although, his words really helped to heal the negative self-talk and feelings I had about myself, what helped me the most was my relationship with the Lord.

When you know how loved you are and that you were made on purpose, beautiful and set apart for a specific reason, you can rest in your differences. I love all things beauty, and I want to look my best for my husband and family, but we can strive so hard in this area that we are never content.
